The Bear's put their heart in it.... win the game!

What an exciting night for Chicago Bears fans. In a do or die situation, they did what they had to. In a nail biting first half things looked grim. There were more flags than countries flying around that field. I threatened to turn off the television I don't know how many times. A Bear fan since birth I knew not to miss the second half, when the game actually begins.

Devin Hester, where to begin? He's magic on the field. It didn't take him long to get the Bears momentum going. A 75 yd punt return to tie the game 13-13. But wait, he wasn't done there. After Broncos bring the score to 20-13. Hester receives the kickoff, and whoosh.... magic, it's a tied game again.

Denver Broncos eventually took the lead to make the score 34-20 with about 10 minutes left in the game. But the Bears weren't done yet. Tillman blocks a punt and it's Chicago ball with only the goal to go. It was a hand off to Peterson. In an all out effort by the Bear's offense Peterson was pushed, literally, into the end zone. Score now 34-27.

On the next Bear's possession 4th down, Grossman bombs for an incomplete pass. Which resulted in an automatic 1st down after a Bronco made illegal contact with the intended receiver. Grossman passed to Berrian in the end zone which after review was ruled a touchdown to tie the game. Over time here we come.

In a coin toss the Bears receive the ball and Grossman passed the ball again. It was in the air my heart stopped as I remembered how many incomplete, dropped balls we experienced in the game, I jumped from the couch not realizing the baby put his snacks on my lap. Clark caught the ball!! Trix were everywhere and I didn't care. Grossman takes a knee and Robby Gould made the game winning field goal! What a game!

Although both the offense and defense have been struggling this season, this game was true Bear's football. There were mishaps but, for the first time in awhile I saw the heart of the Bear's again.

Britney Spears... a comeback or a please comedown?

After anxiously awaiting the comeback performance of the infamous "Princess of Pop" during the VMA Awards, I was overcome with several emotions towards Britney. Her slow stripper-esq moves, accompanied by a mirage of lip syncing proved to be a little damning. At times it appeared as if she was filled with fear and a little unsteady, staring at the floor below. Of course, that may be because she was attempting to dance in boots with heels made of toothpicks. Tall toothpicks at that. The crowd seemed to be mixed with emotions as well. Could it be because she hasn't had an album out since, what was it 2003 and still managed to book time on the show? Or could it have possibly been the entourage of dancers on poles that appeared to be straight from the corner strip club? Either way Britney Spears set out and conquered what she set out to do. Its up to the rest of the world to decide if she deserves a 2nd, no 3rd or whatever chance she's on to lead her through the rest of her career. All in all, the song was rather catchy and does stand a chance even if Britney has problems standing on her own. As well as a performance that is worth the watch and I give the girl props for coming out post breakdown and divorce and at least trying.

Snap out of it!!!

What is up with Britney Spears? Every time I turn around her face is on a magizine in a grocery aisle showing another part of her that I'm not interested in seeing.

Her attractiveness is not the issue. She's beautiful, I think everyone mostly agrees with that. The problem is she has more fruitiness than a bowl of Fruit Loops ( and possibly minus a few Loops). I actually saw a picture of her on the internet and I couldn't believe my eyes, )if you've seen the knock of Brady Bunch Movies you'll understand) Britney was sporting the Jan Brady "I'm hearing voices" glare. It was hilarious but at the same side sad. I feel sorry for her babies. What could be going through their minds?

Shocker to us all, K-Fed... dad of the year. Who would of thought that only a few years ago we were reading about his lack of parenting skills, his partying ways and his all about K-Fed attitude. I would of never though he would be the one to step up and see what's in the best interest of the boys. He has taken great care of them and honestly did a better job than Britney by what I read. (I obviously have no inside connections on that issue my opinions are all based on hearsay!)

For now I'll sit back and watch Britney spiraling out of control while she embarks in a little more self destruction. How soon she'll hit rock bottom? It's hard to say, I thought she had done that already. Being a mom of 5 I know it's gets a little tense, ok it gets extremely intense here and it's hard to stay in control. But there's a big difference in myself and Britney. I'm with my kids 24 hours a day most of the time. I don't have a nanny to take over my mom jobs, I don't have a maid to clean up after anyone (I am the maid), and I'm not loaded with cash. I'm not sure exactly what Britney would do if she were me, she's already losing it without having the stress of a normal life. That's scary.
