Punishment?

What kind of animal... err.. I mean man refuses to participate in purchasing food for his children? I understand that during a divorce things aren't easy. Especially when one empties the others bank account to render them helpless. We have 5 children. Why would he try to put them in the middle? Why punish the kids? How am I going to feed my babies? I pray a judge sees through his asinine ways and helps me with what my kids deserve.
